Our full-time recreation programs offer a wide range of activities designed specifically to meet our residents’ interests including:
Focuses on your body as a whole and joint strengthening. Sit and stretch is not only good exercise, but it is also an excellent form of relaxation.
Focuses primarily on bone loss, also known as osteoporosis. Strength training is the primary focus of bone builders which is an effective means for the prevention of bone loss.
This room is open 24/7 and is fully equipped with state of art exercise equipment.
Simple and user-friendly game, simulating real bowling with basic arm movements that mimmick the actual movements of the game.
Offered twice a week.
